Dennis Archer:  Announced and distributed list of Grape & Gourmet Team Leaders

Mary Humphries:  G&G ticket collections at $20,000, 8 VIP tickets left, ½ to ticket sales goal.

Barry:   Club members will have the opporunity to pre-order wines at a reduced price.  A list of wines and prices will be distributed.  Orders need to be received by no later than 5pm, Tuesday October 18, 2011.  Please fill out and Email your request to Harold Scott at harold.scott@nmfn.com.  Your pre-ordered wines must be picked-up the day of the event (beginning at 5-8 pm) unless other arrangements have been made. 

Bill Geyer:  Will send out Email with flyer describing the event for your use to sell tickets.

Tonja Myers:  Looking for auction items, G&G auction committee meeting 4:30 at Scotty Browns on Friday

Lesa Boxx:  Harborside Restaurant will participate, Health Department has approved the event, we now have 17 restaurants and 36 wineries

Henry Kloss:  Service Committee, Amy’s House, Oct 26th is open house and Oct 27th is dessert auction

Anna:  Board meeting at 7:30 am Thursday morning at Stowe Talbot’s office; will review updated by-laws, vote on them November 1.  Also, Rotary Leadership Dinner on November 19th in Mt. Vernon.

Dennis Archer:  G&G organizational meeting 5:30 pm at his office this Thursday.

  • Glen: Needs a hiking partner, late coming home from hike at Mt. Baker, needs a dog house;
  • Orphalee: Dinner at Bellingham Golf and Country Club on November 19th;
  • Scot Swanson: Second child on the way;
  • Katherine: 24 years since high school graduation;
  • Tonja: Trip to Los Vegas, hiked in the Grand Canyon, daughter turned 8, son is member of Bellingham orchestra;
  • Stan: IOU for $150, trip next week to Europe;
  • Joel: 75 years old, just learned to swing dance;
  • Lisa: Trip to New Mexico chasing hot air balloons;
  • Steve Spitzer: Travels to Florida and Australia.
