Changing of the Guard party Monday night June 26th at NEW VENUE: Bellwether Ballroom.  $30/adult (reduced for children, who are welcome!), 5:30 appetizers, 6:30 dinner, music by the Atlantics!  
 
Brewers by the Bay Sunday July 23 2-6pm. See the brewersbythebay.org site, you can get your 12 tickets electronically there.  Or, next week physical tickets will be available.  $25 in advance, $30 at the door.  Food trucks for food, no grilling this year.
 
Next fellowship event June 20th BellinghamBells game.
 
Marissa Jacobson (who works at NW Youth Services) was one of our club’s sponsored participants in this year’s talked RYLA program (Rotary Youth Leadership Awards).  Marissa said she had a great experience, learned a lot and thanked our club for sponsoring her.

  • Dannon went to see John Legend at Chateau St Michelle, John Purdie's daughter babysat the twins;
  • Bob Becker great dinner at Ciao Thyme, and thanks to Steve Kimberly;
  • Bill Gorman had a BD last week, and $380K now in our foundation ;
  • Wendy Hiester just went back to Houston for a few weeks for husband's (successful) hip surgery;
  • Karen Burke just moved to her farm - six acres on Mount Baker Hwy with horses, she's loving it!
  • Steve Kimberly said 39 enjoyed the successful Ciao Thyme dinner;
  • John Purdie younger daughter (the babysitter) is Brianna, other daughter getting married this weekend, preparing the house for the onslaught of new relatives!
