Program
Tonja ran through the Club Leadership recommendations. Discussion on future allocation of external fund distribution. Proposal to phase to the following percentage distribution "guidelines" of funds:
-community service (incl. major projects) 60%
-vocational 15%
-international 25%
This would reflect slightly less to vocational, and slightly more to international, than what we have historically given in the past ten years. These percentages would be a guide; the board could reallocate these funds if a project doesn't doesn't happen.

Several people spoke out about the pros and cons of putting a specific percentage number on each area of giving. Do guidelines take away the board's flexibility? Instead of percentage numbers, would it be enough just to say "the funds will be allocated in a balanced manner to support community, vocational and international service."?

Respectfully submitted,
