  • Tonja Myers had a good time Saturday at Nona Rosas then Cabaret.

  • Bill Gorman for missed meetings. Info on "Comcast Cares" volunteer event to fix up Lowell Elementary School (Sat, April 24th, 8am - 4pm). Contact Bill if youre interested in participating.

  • Jane Carten for missed meetings, a 5-year wedding anniversary, traveled to Malaysia where Saturna Capital has a new office.

  • Eddie Hansen vacationed in Cabo, thnaked Scot Swanson for helping out with the fellowship dinner.

  • Dan Pike Guest at Cabaret.

  • Denise Bosman for missed meetings. Attended daughter's tennis events and her team is in 1st place.  Her son Drew is working at Roger Jobs Motors.

  • Curt Smith's wife is recovering from a stroke.

  • John Templeton had a good time at the fellowship dinner.

    Program:

    Summary report on the "Club Leadership Follow-Up Retreat" (See attachment which will be posted to the website):

    • Priority #1 Membership development presented by Denise Bosman.

    • Priority #2 Further develop vocational service program presented by Orphalee Smith.

    • Priority #3 Develop and implement a funding plan to insure sustainability and diversity of funding sources presented by Anna Williams.

    • Priority #4 Develop and implement international service goals presented by Bob Moles.

    • Priority #5 Improve internal and external communications to better retain and gain new members through a better understanding of Rotary, fundraising efforts and achievement presented by Christine Palmerton.

    • Goal #6 Develop and implement a transparent project selection process and criteria for all aspects of community service, international service, hands on projects and club service presented by Tonja Myers.

    Open discussion on overall plan which included allocation percentages of funds raised. Board to originally vote on plan Thursday; however, this will be postponed with further follow-up over the next few club meetings.
