Eddie Hanson talked about back health.  How healthy as we as a country?  US only ranks 25th in the world for health!  Because of diet and lifestyle.  Losing our health, in turn, affects our lifetyle.

When you eat, stay away from chemicals!  Eat natural and well.  More whole foods, more plants.  When you shop at the grocery store, buy the food around the edges, don't shop in the middle.  Excersize is a must; minimum 30 minutes 3 x week.  Stretch also important. Proper lifting. Ergonomic worktations.

Eddie does lectures for the workplace!
