Program
Cy introduced Kelli Linville, our representative in the State Legislature. Kelli is excited about Food Bank remodel project; and also excited about Boys & Girls club rebuild project (Lynn Templeton). This year she fought for tax breaks to the infusion center (like the breaks the chemo therapy gets). She hopes all of us will vote for constitutional amendment to allow for "rainy day" fund. Maternity / paternity leave question (family leave bill): Kelli voted against it, but it passed anyway. John Templeton asked about Growth Management Act and the burden it places on city and county administrations. Anna asked her about why not run for mayor: She said it was a possibility, but decided against it because of the time commitment. I-5 as toll road? Idea is slowly gaining acceptance.

Respectfully Submitted,
