3. Stan reported Joel's wife had an operation last week, depending on her recovery Joel may ask for extended leave of absence;

Program - Assistant District Governor Bob Morse introduced District Governor Harv Jubie: Harv is from Marysville, a retired contractor and electrician, with 3 daughters and 4 grandkids. Cars are a hobby; he has Corvettes, a Model T, a '53 Oldsmobile and a Harley.  Harv has a deep commitment to Rotary and has participated in many projects since he joined in 1991; building schools in Guatemala, he has received Rotary's "Four Avenues of Service" award, Red Cross's "Humanitarian of the Year" award, and done Rotary projects in and around Marysville.

Incoming President Bill thanked outgoing President Ron, and presented him with a framed photo of Ron on his Harley in Chicago.  Bill has written letter outlining his goals and thoughts for the coming year, and he will post that onto the Website soon.
