Program
Glen Groenig conducted a “vocational service interview” with Mike Hammes of Ram Construction.  Mike incorporated Ram in 1995, the company has grown over the years to 50 employees, with revenues of $15-18M/year.  He wants his employees to be kind people and encourages them to be involved in the community.  Mike wants his employees come to work motivated with a great attitude, and he wants them to feel empowered in the company, in more of a horizontal organizational structure.

Respectfully submitted,
Stowe Talbot
