Eddie Hansen with a fundraiser pitch for the Titans, a U12 baseball team. They are one of the best teams in WA, placed second at Regionals last year, this yearthey will be going to Oklahoma for a week of baseball camp and to see the U12 world series.  They need some money to subsidize a few team members to participate in this trip.  Today all money from Bucks in Bay and fines will go towards this effort.

“Oncology Nurse Navigation” (ONN)
Cancer Care team’s goal to have one nurse who will be the patient’s navigator through the whole treatment and care process.
Cancer care is complex: “Tumor Boards”, referrals and tests.
Coordination of Care.  Peacehealth is one of the leaders in this type of coordinated in care. ONN also provides education to family and caregivers.  ONN facilitates excellent communication between the care team members.
